Denver Beverage is seeking a dependable Assistant Warehouse Manager for our Colorado Springs operations. You will support daily warehouse activities, ensure accurate inventory, and coordinate route deliveries. The role emphasizes teamwork and safety in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming products accurately and verify quantities and condition.
• Order products to maintain inventory levels for the Colorado Springs warehouse.
• Manage Micro Market inventory in warehouse and customer sites.
• Store, handle, and deliver products in saleable condition.
• Maintain organization by stocking and rotating inventory.
• Build accurate route loads daily and assist with loading trucks.
• Conduct inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and adjust records.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to inventory controls.
• Complete urgent hot-shot deliveries and provide route coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and management to support operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Requirements

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Assistant Warehouse Manager to support our Colorado Springs warehouse operations. This hands‑on role helps ensure accurate inventory, efficient product receiving and ordering, and timely preparation of route deliveries.

The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining an organized warehouse, works well with others, and adapts to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. This position offers opportunities to learn, take on additional responsibility, and advance within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming products accurately and promptly, verifying quantities and product condition.
• Order products for the Colorado Springs warehouse to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Manage Micro Market inventory in the warehouse and at customer locations.
• Ensure products are stored, handled, and delivered in saleable condition.
• Maintain an organized warehouse by stocking products in designated locations and rotating inventory.
• Build accurate route loads daily and assist with loading route trucks as needed.
• Conduct and participate in inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and help maintain accurate records.
• Identify gaps in inventory processes and recommend improvements to strengthen accountability and inventory controls.
• Complete urgent “hot shot” deliveries and provide route coverage when needed.
• Work closely with warehouse staff, route drivers, and management to support customer needs and daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and an understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate inventory and ordering records.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Dependability, clear communication, and a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
• At least one year of warehouse and forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to meet the position’s physical requirements, including lifting a minimum of 150 pounds using proper lifting procedures and appropriate assistance or equipment.
