Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks an Assistant Warehouse Manager to supervise the shift and department, coach the warehouse team, and drive productivity while delivering high-quality customer service.

You will ensure warehouse safety and quality standards, monitor productivity to meet company requirements, and assist with transportation and warehouse duties related to DOT regulations, OSHA, fleet operations, and scheduling.

This role may involve other projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5+ years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1+ years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
