Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Manassas, VA is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to supervise the shift and department, coach the warehouse team, and drive productivity while delivering high-quality service to customers.

The role requires coordinating with DOT/OSHA regulations, maintaining quality and safety standards, and monitoring productivity to maximize efficiency. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or high school diploma with warehouse experience and leadership experience.

• The Assistant Warehouse Manager is accountable for the supervisory functions of the shift and department assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
