Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the firm to align vision, strategy and performance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of LPL platforms, products and services.
• Identify and manage risks within managed accounts scope.
• Coordinate with business and technical partners on goals and backlog.
• Work with Operations, Service and Trading teams on initiatives.
• Engage external trading vendors on prioritization and defects.
• Drive change management with training and communications.
• Develop roadmaps, plans and metrics for progress and risks.
• Prepare executive level presentations for business cases and updates.
• Improve processes and approaches as needed.
