Aon plc is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Health Analytics Data Scientist to lead causal inference and predictive modeling for US health analytics. You will stay hands-on while guiding projects, reviewing code, and presenting results to clients and senior leaders.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in health insurance analytics, strong statistics, and proven deployment of tabular predictive models; experience with MLOps and model governance is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, economics, health services/public health, data science, computer science, actuarial science, or related field.
• 7+ years total experience in health analytics, health insurance, or health benefits consulting.
• Strong foundation in applied statistics, causal inference, and predictive modeling.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver causal inference and predictive modeling workstreams for US Health Analytics.
• Collaborate with ABS, cloud architects, and offshore teams to align data pipelines and deployment standards.
• Design and tune tabular analyses and predictive models on large claims datasets.
• Execute studies estimating program impact using matched cohort emulation and differences-in-differences.
• Document methods, data definitions, and results for clients and senior leaders.
• Ensure MLOps, model governance, and reproducible training pipelines.
• Mentor data scientists and lead multiple projects with clear priorities.
