Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an AVP, Digital Contact Strategy to lead digital collections strategies across emails, SMS, and app for diversified portfolios. You will design and test segmentation, leverage predictive analytics, and drive performance reporting and governance with cross-functional partners.

Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential. The role requires collaboration with Strategy Delivery and Operations, overseeing compliance and Fair Lending, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of strategy, analytics or credit risk management experience, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of experience using data analytics and segmentation platforms (SAS, SQL, Python/R).
• Strong relationship building and communication skills; ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and manage collections strategies for digital channels (emails, SMS, app).
• Test and rollout strategies across sub-populations with governance and approvals.
• Create data-driven segmentations and validate models; document and obtain approvals.
• Generate insights to drive growth and align with business goals.
• Produce performance reporting and align with forecast; assist Op Plan.
