Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a VP of Analytics to lead portfolio analytics for the Amazon Credit and Payment portfolio. You’ll drive segmentation, forecasting, lifecycle measurement, and test-and-learn analytics to support nexGen growth and optimize customer experience.

You will partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations, coach analysts, and deliver executive-ready insights to enable data-driven decisions and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field with 9+ years in analytics.
• 3+ years leading large analytics projects and client-facing influence.
• Strong SQL/SAS; Excel/PowerPoint proficiency and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics delivery from problem definition to executive-ready recommendations.
• Design and evaluate lifecycle and campaign analytics with segmentation and test design.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor KPI trends and inform strategy.
• Provide analytics leadership to cross-functional teams and mentor analysts.
