Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED with CAD knowledge and experience across CAD systems including 3D/BIM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and related drafting coursework.
• Basic CAD commands knowledge; willing to use higher-level commands.
• Experience with multiple CAD systems including 3D/BIM.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with laser scanning planning, site access, and equipment setup.
• Register, clean, and process laser scan data to create coordinated point clouds.
• Review scan data for completeness, alignment, and quality.
• Prepare and integrate point clouds into modeling and visualization software.
• Support teams in using scan data to evaluate conditions and coordinate design.
• Organize and maintain scan files and project documentation.
• Care for and transport laser scanning equipment.
• Travel to project sites as required and comply with safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
