Qualifications

• Certificate in construction related design/drafting or at least one year of directly related experience.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute scan projects with the Scanning team.
• Safely travel to project sites and conduct laser scanning.
• Identify areas needing additional scan coverage at sites.
• Post-process scan data, register scans, and prepare point clouds.
• Develop Revit models and construction documents per VAA standards.
• Maintain laser scanning equipment and safety training compliance.
• Communicate scheduling, workload, and project progress.
• Travel up to 75% yearly, including some international trips.
