Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models in Revit from point cloud data and existing docs.
• Produce drawing sets including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D details.
• Process point clouds from LiDAR or mobile mapping to support as-built modeling.
• Assist in clash detection and coordinate with design, VDC, and construction teams.
• Collaborate across architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines.
• Perform QA/QC checks for model accuracy and BIM standards compliance.
