Comfrt is seeking an Assistant Visual Store Manager for its first retail location at the Mall of America. You will be the creative champion of the store’s physical identity, translating our mental wellness mission into a tactile, visually stunning shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years managing Visual Merchandising in high-volume retail.
• Results-oriented and able to drive sales.
• Leadership with ability to motivate teams and manage performance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Available for Black Friday and holiday season scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual storytelling and execute planograms for launches.
• Ensure brand standards, decor, lighting, mannequin styling, cleanliness, and organization.
• Analyze weekly sales data to guide visual changes and product needs.
• Support store setup and launch activities.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, training, and scheduling.
• Train staff to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Act as a brand ambassador and share product narratives with customers.
• Foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Open and close daily store operations.
• Oversee inventory and stock replenishment, ensuring accuracy.
