The candidate should have 1+ year of visual merchandising experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams. Flexibility in hours is important to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years experience in Visual Merchandising.
• Experience delivering high level customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.

• Ability to work flexible hours for operational needs.
• Experience in the fashion industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing visual merchandising strategy at the flagship.
• Ensure strategy aligns with brand, products, calendar and target market.
• Assist in sourcing props, materials and accessories for displays.
• Install and set up displays or supervise contractors.
• Change displays for new launches or seasonal themes.
• Ensure uniformity of displays across stores.
• Coordinate with Retail/Planning/Merchandising/Ops on inventory and floor sets.
• Understand location dynamics such as high velocity areas and conversion.
• Research lifestyle and design trends to inform strategy.
• Help customers in-store in a professional manner.
