Lead global brand creative for Color Wow and Pulp Riot in a matrixed, executive-reviewed environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the visual and conceptual identity for Color Wow and Pulp Riot.
- Co-create with marketing and digital partners, contributing to a shared P&L and maintaining an equal seat at the table.
- Serve as the senior creative voice and lead a team of two direct reports across the brands.
- Partner directly with Brand Presidents and senior stakeholders.
- Navigate the third round of concept revisions to sharpen outcomes without flattening the work.
- Defend a creative stance to a Brand President while authentically integrating feedback.
- Deliver in-the-moment, “kind-but-clear” feedback to a direct report when work misses the mark, and follow through with accountability if improvements are not made.
- Lead end-to-end creative across global hero films, retail vision, packaging direction, and in-salon activations.
- Facilitate productive conversations with difficult partners and find paths forward that reduce escalation.
- Manage two distinct creative voices at once, knowing when Color Wow needs a big lift and when Pulp Riot requires stepping back to let creators lead.
- Partner with the SVP to evolve in-house production capabilities and AI-augmented workflows.
