WSP in the U.S. is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Electrical Engineer to join our Property & Buildings team in California. This position focuses on leading electrical design projects, mentoring teams, and ensuring compliance with design standards.

WSP is currently initiating a search for an Assistant Vice President, Electrical Engineer to join our Property & Buildings team in California. This position may be based out of any WSP office in California. It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer who brings a strong combination of technical leadership, client engagement, and business development experience to help grow our Property & Buildings practice.
This role will actively participate in the full project lifecycle, focusing on complex building sector projects such as K‑12 education, community colleges, higher education, civic and municipal facilities, and industrial, commercial or institutional developments. The successful candidate will support projects from conceptual design through construction close‑out, partnering closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Expected Salary (all locations): $129,600–$192,390. WSP USA reserves the right to vary compensation based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
