You will work closely with Liability clients to deliver superior customer service, communicate effectively, and embrace new challenges. Critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and prioritization are essential skills.

About You

Required:

• High school diploma and 15 years of related claim experience.
• At least 8 years of progressive management experience, from supervisor to branch manager.
• Appropriate licenses and certifications in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of team member functions.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
