ProVal Appraisal, a provider of commercial and residential real estate appraisal services in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Residential or Certified General Real Estate Appraiser to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct property appraisals for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
2. Analyze market data and property records.
3. Prepare detailed appraisal reports.
4. Stay updated on local market trends and regulations.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and appraisal standards (USPAP).

Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Residential or Certified General Appraisal license in MA and/or NH.
