What you will do

1. Lead collaboration across all aspects of eXp Commercial Brokerage operations, supporting agents and brokers nationally.
2. Ensure compliance with state license laws and meet company goals related to Net Promoter Score (NPS).
3. Supervise and support a large regional team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
4. Monitor performance, enforce accountability, and report metrics to leadership.
5. Engage actively with agents via various communication channels.
6. Collaborate with internal and external departments to support agent retention and growth.
7. Develop reports, mentor staff, and support innovation in brokerage operations.
8. Work with leadership to enhance and ensure compliance of brokerage operations manuals.
9. Support recruitment efforts by engaging with prospective agents.
10. Collaborate with industry groups and participate in agent events and training.
11. Travel as needed to support staff and agent initiatives.
12. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
