Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with endorsements or required training for subject/level assigned.
• Knowledge of core academic subject and instructional skills.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to district curriculum with accommodations for diverse learning styles.
• Teach the TEKS/SE and district curriculum guidelines.
• Use varied instructional techniques and integrate technology where appropriate.
• Collaborate with staff to plan instructional goals and methods.
• Analyze data to meet student academic needs.
• Plan and supervise instructional aides or volunteers.
