This position serves as MnDOT’s liaison with utility companies to coordinate the relocation, reconstruction, or protection of utility facilities impacted by highway construction projects. Key responsibilities include reviewing and certifying project plans for required utility content; identifying affected utilities and determining reimbursement eligibility; and ensuring all notifications, certifications, and documentation are completed prior to letting.
