You will assist the Director of Transportation in building and maintaining fleet performance across recruiting, operations, safety, budgeting, and more. Responsibilities include coordinating with dispatch, aiding vehicle safety, supporting dispatch and traffic management, training drivers, assisting with budgets and recruiting, and managing onboard computer systems and hours of service.

Salary Range: $78,019 - $117,0229 annually, plus bonus opportunity
As an Assistant Transportation Manager, you will aid the Director of Transportation in establishing and maintaining Dot Transportation's fleet performance in all areas of our business including recruiting, retention, operations, safety, budgeting, etc.
