Job summary

Acton Boxborough Regional School District in Acton, MA is seeking an Assistant Transportation Manager to oversee the School Bus Transportation program. You will supervise 41+ bus drivers and support staff, schedule routes, train drivers, and respond to inquiries from parents and staff.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• QUALIFICATIONS:
  Candidates must be currently licensed as a school bus driver with air brakes
  endorsement and must commit to keeping their license current at all times.
  High School graduate, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred with
  demonstrated successful experience in an administrative capacity or comparable
  experience.
  High degree of proficiency, computer skills, data management, experience using
  school based software (Powerschool, Munis, BusRight a plus)
  Must be able to work autonomously, prioritize and reprioritize tasks and work
  effectively despite interruptions.
  Possess personal characteristics necessary to carry out the responsibilities of the
  position
