Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of training sessions, online and in-person.

Responsibilities and main duties:

• Support the delivery of training sessions, both online and in-person.
• Assist beneficiaries in learning job search tools and techniques, including CV writing and cover letter preparation.
• Provide individual guidance and follow-up to beneficiaries under the supervision of the lead trainer.
• Support trainers in monitoring participants’ progress and engagement during sessions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure training content meets beneficiaries’ needs and labor market requirements.
• Support the preparation of reports documenting training activities, attendance, and outcomes.

Job qualifications:

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in training support, HR, education, or a relate role.
• Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language.
