Job summary

The assistant will support the Head Coach, coordinate program elements, and work with secondary students to foster skill development and a values-based coaching environment.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of the sport and a willingness to engage with student-athletes, while promoting sportsmanship and team cohesion throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Previous playing or coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of the Boys and Girls Track & Field program.
• Work closely with the Head Coach to support coaching duties.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the sport and a values-based coaching approach.
