Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and 1–3 years of collegiate playing and/or coaching experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with sprinting, jumping and hurdling fundamentals and coaching techniques
• Ability to work independently and commit to evenings and weekends
• Valid Driver’s License required

Responsabilités

• Teach, develop, and evaluate student-athletes’ skills, conditioning and sport knowledge.
• Oversee student-athlete academic progress and be available for consultation.
• Assist head coach in recruiting prospective student‑athletes and communicating with families.
• Assist head coach to organize practices and plan intercollegiate competitions.
