Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Maine P.E. license preferred; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• 10 years of experience preferred; strong knowledge of municipal infrastructure and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical support for construction oversight and civil infrastructure design/planning.
• Explore grant opportunities and manage RFPs and contracts.
• Oversee projects from planning through construction and facilitate technical studies and long‑term plans.
