Job summary

Discovery Kidzone in Clancy, MT is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Toddler Teacher who will support a Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging classroom for toddlers. You’ll help with daily care, learning through play, and development across social, cognitive, language, and physical areas.

No prior childcare experience is required. Paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow in early childhood education are provided, with benefits and a clear path toward CDA or Montessori

Qualifications

• Passion for working with toddlers.
• Patient, dependable, caring and positive demeanor.
• Comfortable working as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to learn Montana licensing training and CPR within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily care and supervision of toddlers.
• Build positive relationships with children.
• Encourage learning through play, music, storytelling, art, movement and hands-on activities.
• Support children’s development across social, emotional, cognitive, language and physical areas.
• Collaborate with Lead Teacher and classroom team.
• Maintain a clean, organized and healthy learning environment.
• Observe child development and share updates with families.
