Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CDA credential or pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Prior experience with Toddlers in a classroom or as a private nanny.
• Reliable transportation and dependability a must.
• Ability to pass a background screening including fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Toddler Teacher to create a safe, nurturing classroom.
• Support High Scope curriculum and age-appropriate learning activities.
• Help foster a positive, engaging learning environment for toddlers.
• Support daily routines, transitions and classroom management.
• Contribute to planning and participating in professional development.
