Job summary

All Around Children is seeking an Assistant Toddler Teacher to support a Lead Teacher in a NIC/ toddler setting in Middlefield, OH. You will help implement age-appropriate activities for 1–3 year olds and engage families with regular progress updates in a caring classroom.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education is a plus but not required.
• At least 1 year of licensed child care experience.
• Experience with ages 1–3 years and interacting with families.

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Teacher in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers.
• Observe, document, and communicate child progress to families and team.
• Maintain a safe, healthy classroom aligned with licensing and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to plan daily activities and routines.
