Job summary

All Around Children, a Gold (SUTQ) NAC-accredited childcare and preschool center in Cleveland, OH, seeks an experienced Assistant Toddler Teacher. You will join a team of qualified educators serving 1–2.5 year-olds, with a strong focus on development and family communication.

We offer a $1000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay at $16.00–$18.00 per hour depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. Shift runs 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; CDA/AA degrees are a plus, not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma/GED.
• At least one year of licensed childcare experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Background check (BCI/FBI) clearance required.
• Experience with ages 6 weeks–18 months or 1–3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering learning experiences tailored to developmental needs.
• Contribute to classroom lesson plans.
• Maintain a safe, healthy learning environment compliant with licensing and accreditation.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff on daily activities.
• Communicate with families about child progress and milestones.
• Engage in professional development and staff meetings.
