Job summary

All Around Children seeks an Assistant Toddler Teacher in Middlefield, Ohio. You will assist the Lead Teacher to foster a caring, educational atmosphere for children aged 1–3, supporting families and collaborating with a dedicated team.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, with a CDA/AA in Early Childhood Education a plus. One year of licensed childcare experience is expected, with background checks and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher with daily responsibilities.

• Maintain a safe, healthy learning environment per licensing standards.
• Keep accurate records of attendance and progress; participate in meetings and PD.
