Pay Range

This range is provided by Premier Early Childhood Education Partners. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $12.00/hr - $14.00/hr

Job Description

The Growing Years of Burlington is a licensed childcare center seeking Floaters/Teacher Aides to work with all age groups! To qualify, you need a high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass all background checks. Previous childcare experience is a plus.

Required Shift

Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Compensation

$12-$14/hr based on education and experience

Hiring Process

3. On-site interview with Center Director (30-60 minutes), including Q&A and classroom observation

Main Responsibilities

• Effectively substitute for any position as needed, including covering staff breaks and classroom duties during absences.
• Demonstrate patience, kindness, and positive interactions with children, parents, and staff.
• Work as a team player and assist under the lead teacher's supervision.
• Physical ability to work around children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
