• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations for student-athletes and coaches.
• Track student-athlete registrations to ensure eligibility requirements.
• Coordinate team travel plans.
• Oversee onboarding progress of new employees.
• Provide game management setup and supervision for home games.

The Athletic Department seeks a part-time Assistant to the Athletic Director who is passionate about athletics and working in a team environment. The assistant will work in stride with the Athletic Director, but also with administration, coaches, students, faculty, and support staff at Waterford.

The successful candidate will be able to develop a healthy rapport with students and parents, work collaboratively with the athletic department staff, and embrace Waterford School’s mission, vision, and values through membership in the community.
