Job summary

Volunteers of America of Florida is seeking an Assistant to the Housing Community Coordinator (AHCC) to support daily operations at the Clearwater property. The role requires a high school diploma or higher, relevant apartment management experience, or a Bachelor's degree, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws.

You will communicate effectively with residents and staff, help ensure compliant, respectful housing practices, and work within the organization’s mission to deliver compassionate support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 4 year’s apartment management experience or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• COS in the first year.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and state landlord/tenant rights and obligations.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with residents and employees.

Hourly payrate $18.57
