Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches is seeking an Assistant Thrift Store Manager to oversee the thrift store operations, pricing, and customer relations. You will maintain records, deposits, and sales reports while supporting the Store Manager and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2 years in retail sales or management, with a valid driver’s license and a strong commitment to the organization’s mission. This is a full-time, on-site position with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ experience in retail sales and/or management.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee thrift store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Cross-train to cover Store Manager duties.
• Supervise thrift store staff and perform administrative tasks.
• Ensure store security and accuracy of deposits and reports.
• Price and market merchandise; coordinate with staff and donors.
• Coordinate volunteer program and represent the organization positively.
