Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our thrift stores in Idaho. You will help lead store operations, manage donated items, and contribute to a caring, mission-driven work environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of supervisory retail experience, strong customer service skills, and be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. We offer growth, a supportive team, and service to Idaho's youth.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years or older.
• Enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ supervisory experience in retail or similar industry.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to WOW customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in planning, development and administration of thrift store operations.
• Oversee receiving and processing of donated items, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with daily sales reporting and bank deposits.
