Curry College in Milton, MA is seeking a part-time Assistant Tennis Coach to assist the Head Coach in developing and administering a NCAA Division III tennis program. The role centers on on-court coaching, recruiting support, and some administrative duties.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of tennis coaching experience, along with the ability to travel and work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Under the direction of the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach isresponsible for all aspects of the development and administrationof a successful NCAA Division III Intercollegiate Tennis Program.The program will be conducted in accordance with all College andNational Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and Conference ofNew England, rules, regulations, and policies.
The Assistant Coach is a professional employee of the College witha primary duty of teaching and instructing student-athletes in thesport of Tennis. The vast majority of the Assistant Coach's time isspent on coaching/teaching duties in season as well as somerecruiting, while a minority of the Assistant Coach's time is spentperforming administrative duties.
