Job summary

PuroClean Metropolitan Washington of Rockville is seeking an assistant technician to join our fast-paced restoration team in Rockville. You will support water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire cleanup on both residential and commercial sites, following strict safety protocols.

Ideal candidates are able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and hold a valid driver’s license. Training and advancement opportunities are offered within a supportive, servant-based culture.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and be on your feet for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire cleanup following safety protocols.
• Set up and maintain containment barriers, negative air machines, and dehumidifiers.
• Remove and dispose of materials (drywall, insulation, flooring) properly.
• Clean and disinfect affected areas using approved antimicrobial solutions.
• Operate restoration equipment such as air scrubbers, HEPA vacuums, and moisture meters.
