Job summary

Purofirst in Chandler, AZ is seeking an assistant technician to join our restoration teams on residential and commercial sites. You will help perform water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire cleanup following safety and cleaning protocols, set up containment barriers, operate air machines, and assist with equipment maintenance.

A valid driver's license and physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation, mold remediation, fire clean up in residential and commercial properties following established safety and cleaning protocols.
• Set up and maintain containment barriers, negative air machines, and dehumidifiers.
• Remove and dispose of materials (e.g., drywall, insulation, flooring) properly.
• Clean and disinfect affected areas using approved antimicrobial solutions and equipment.
• Operate restoration equipment such as air scrubbers, HEPA vacuums, and moisture meters.
