American Express is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to guide a team of Membership Service Professionals at the Centurion Lounge near ATL. You will mentor MSPs, monitor service quality, and collaborate with Food & Beverage to deliver a premium guest experience.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership and communication skills, 2+ years in client care, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events to meet lounge demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proactive client-care experience (premium clients).
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience or a proven track record as a high-performing MSP.
• Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry is highly desirable, including reservation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve client issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the group leader in training and mentoring MSPs.
• Monitor client communications and provide coaching to ensure service quality.
• Deliver ongoing instruction to maintain performance.
• Collaborate with the group to drive results and execute plans.
• Maintain a premium lounge experience and strong team culture.
• Partner with Food & Beverage to enhance client experience.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist implementations.
• Promote continuous improvement in service delivery.
