What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Integrate the Prism Model for effective treatment of serious and persistent mental illness into practice
  2. Provide person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed care to clients
  3. Direct day-to-day clinical operations of the ACCS team, including staff scheduling and meetings
  4. Coordinate the admission process and oversee the development of the Comprehensive Assessment and Community Service Plan
  5. Monitor and maintain compliance with electronic health record-keeping standards

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Licensed in the State of Massachusetts as an LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC; pathway to licensure can be an option
  2. A Master's degree in counseling, social work, or clinical psychology
  3. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with adults with mental health issues
  4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role
  5. Must possess a current, valid driver's license in state of residence with an acceptable driving record

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience meeting the cultural and linguistic needs of the geographic area
  2. Knowledge and practice of ELWYN, DPH, and DMH policies, regulations, and standards
  3. Completion of ACCS Module Training within 21 days of hire
  4. Ongoing education and training in culturally and linguistically appropriate service delivery
