Job summary

Eliot is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Team Leader to join the Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) division. You will work with the Team Leader to ensure recovery, vocational, and clinical services are included in each individualized treatment plan for adults with severe mental illness.

The ideal candidate will support culturally competent, client-centered care and provide on-call clinical support. A Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and MA licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Licensure in Social Work or Psychology by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred.
• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and clinical functions of the team, monitoring service delivery and support utilization for up to 125 clients.
• Assist in the development and oversight of Treatment Plans, ensuring coordination of case management services including income, insurance, and appointment scheduling.
• Ensure services are culturally competent, strength-based, recovery-focused, and aligned with client preferences.
• Integrate recovery, vocational, and clinical services throughout care and support transitions to employment services such as Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission.
• Provide direct clinical interventions, adapt treatment plans as needed, and offer on-call clinical support to case management staff.

Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings.
