Eliot Community Human Services is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for the Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) division in Massachusetts. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in psychology-related field, experience with adults with severe mental illness, and a valid MA driver’s license.

| Eliot is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) division. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. In this role you will assist in the oversight and supervision of residential programming providing guidance to program staff, developing schedules and deploying resources.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Annual Salary
$45,000—$50,000 USD
