Position Summary

This position requires individuals skilled in supporting management operations and leading diverse teams. As an Assistant Team Leader, you'll assist the store manager in all aspects of store operations, including training on our retail systems, inventory management, and technology.

You will handle daily paperwork, troubleshoot car wash issues, and resolve gas pump problems. Leadership duties include forecasting, ordering, stocking, merchandising, providing excellent customer service, and sharing responsibilities with the store manager.

Primary Responsibilities

• Training and coaching new staff
• Creating schedules in a timekeeping system
• Stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness
• Forecasting, ordering, and merchandising products
• Reconciliation of store paperwork
• Providing prompt, courteous customer service
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Assisting with staff management
• Troubleshooting car wash and gas pump issues
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Requirements And Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6-9 months’ experience as an assistant manager or equivalent
• Strong math skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Desire to be part of a performance-driven team
• Reliable transportation

Employee Incentives

• Fuel discounts based on tenure: 0.10¢ per gallon (6 months to 3 years), 0.30¢ (3-5 years), 0.40¢ (5+ years), with a maximum of 20 gallons and 2 fill-ups per week

Physical Requirements

Constant standing, bending, reaching, manual dexterity, and lifting of 1-50 pounds as needed.
