Responsibilities include program leadership, workload oversight, and active participation in governance, admissions, orientation, and course improvement.

Qualificações

• Must hold an active RN license in the state of residence.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing practice required.
• At least three years of full-time nursing leadership/administrative experience.
• Previous graduate-level teaching experience required.
• Previous online teaching experience required.
• Experience or expertise with course content.
• Pass pre-employment criminal background check as mandated by state law.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, lead, and teach courses in the MSN program.
• Collaborate with MSN and SON faculty to ensure curriculum alignment with CCNE Essentials and national standards.
• Engage in program leadership activities, workload planning, and course operations management.
• Participate in governance, admissions, progression, and orientation activities.
• Ensure alignment with AACN Essentials, CCNE Standards, and other professional standards.
