Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College experience or bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Lead small group instruction and implement SESI's academic rotational model.
• Collaborate with the teacher to provide customized behavior and academic support.
• Assist the teacher with large group activities and grading as needed.
• Support the creation and implementation of daily lesson plans and progress tracking.
• Maintain student safety and monitor behavior using de-escalation techniques when necessary.
