Qualifications

• Assist with age-appropriate activities and support Lead Teacher.
• Ensure a safe, clean classroom meeting licensing ratios.
• Engage with children and families through daily communication.
• Document attendance and daily notes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements.
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication.
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports.
