You will work with the Lead Teacher to deliver age-appropriate activities, observe children, and help with daily routines, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.

You will communicate with families, participate in documentation, and contribute to a warm, safe setting that fosters curiosity and growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time; observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
