Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support child development and education.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with center staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
