KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to support children’s learning and development across our classrooms. You’ll implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for every child.

This role requires strong customer service, organization, the ability to multi-task, and English communication. Minnesota premium applies to classroom hours, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and the ability to multi-task in a busy classroom.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications as required.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and supervise children indoors/outdoors.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
