KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to support children's learning and growth in our classrooms across Minnesota. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe and engaging space for play and learning, and collaborate with families and staff to deliver high-quality care.

The role emphasizes teamwork with center leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and program goals while ensuring a positive learning experience for every child.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Meet state qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to reach enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
